You order without risk
If you don't like an article of your order, you can easily return or exchange it within 60 days.
We include a return label in the package with your order. If you want to cancel the contract, i.e. you want to return items, you can simply send the corresponding items back to us within 60 days together with the completed return label. You can find all information about returns processing in our
returns section.
For returns from Germany and Austria, we will charge you 5,- € for orders made after May 31, 2022. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the return.
Alternatively, you can revoke the order in any other way, for example, with the model revocation form of the legislator. You can find it at the end of the cancellation policy.
Consumers have the following legal right of revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within 60 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within 60 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 60 days.
You have to pay the direct costs for the return of the goods.
You only have to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
