Has my order been accepted?Immediately after your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. With shipping you also receive a shipping confirmation and a parcel label number, so you can always check the current status of your shipment.
How long are the delivery times?The delivery time is within Germany between 1 - 3 working days after order. Details about the delivery time can always be found in the product description.
How can I order when I'm rarely home?You have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address. If you're rarely home, we'll just send your order to your work, friends or relatives.
Who brings the goods to me?
The goods will be checked before shipping, optimally packed and then shipped insured by DHL to the specified delivery address.If you are not present at delivery, the driver leaves a note with a new delivery date and a phone number to make an alternative appointment if necessary.
How is the article returned?
